Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.denimdogg.com/.co.uk.

Custom goods are not eligible for a refund unless damaged. In order to be eligible for a refund for premade jackets, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Disclaimer

As cool as these jackets are, they are fashion accessories so please keep muddy walks and rough play to a minimum whilst wearing them. We apply the patches to the jackets with glue - this seemed to work best after some testing. As we use glue, if your patch starts to come off you can simply cover with a tea towel, press your iron on top of it, let it cool and your patch should be attached good as new! Remember to hand-wash only ✌️

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.
